HOW DOES A LIVE AUCTION WORK?

It's simple...we promise. Just come in and register at the desk. When you want to bid on an item, raise your paddle. It's that easy and just like you have seen on tv. We take cash, checks and cards. The best part is you get your item right then and there.

Warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and bountiful padded seats make for a comfortable auction experience.  We have a public monitor to allow you to verify all sales with correct buyer and amount of bid and 4 monitors to let everyone see small items with a more critical look.

For those of you who make large purchases there is a loading area and our personnel will assist you in loading your items after the sale.

WE DO NOT DO ONLINE AUCTIONS ( EXCEPT DURING PANDEMICS) what's the fun in that?  Only live, no reserve auctions at Top Bid Auction.

Need a snack?  Visit our concession stand with a variety of items.  The cashier is my wife, Leah, who will make sure you get registered and our state of the art software will insure you aren't overcharged.  3 of our 4 Daughters work the floor making it truly a  family affair!

Plus a local student comes in to singing the National Anthem at the start of  every auction.

I am John Russell, a graduate of the Missouri Auction School with many years of auction experience.  My goal is to make sure you understand how much I am asking for an item, treat both the seller and the buyer fairly, and give you a great live exciting auction experience with no wasted time.

PARKING: Ample parking over 100,000 sq ft!
