1974 Chevrolet Step Van with a small block motor.  Excellent tires, automatic transmission, needs a little electrical TLC and some loving care as it has been sitting for about 2 and 1/2 years. Runs and drives and would be an excellent money maker for someone.  VIN is CPY324V307291.

This truck has a 3 compartment sink,Hand wash sink ,Counter space,Shelves,Stainless cleanable surfaces, Griddle, Grill, Pellet smoker, Steam table,Soda fountain, On demand hot water, Grey water tanks, Huge batteries (not sure if they are good), Generator, Great paint job, Nice tires, Small block Chevy engine that has a new distributor, carburetor, and spark plugs Runs Great!

It needs a fridge as the one that was in it was forgotten with contents so we made the decision to scrap the fridge.  The Ansil (fire suppression) system has been removed. It does have the hood and vents 

The batteries will need to be rewired. It's best to do that anyway to make sure it's done right. The passenger sliding door can be a little sticky.  As we say above it just needs some tender loving care to make this an excellent business.  A few cosmetics here and there, but nothing major.
